 I really like handroll and this is a chilean version of the japanese sushi. It's my favorite fast food and since a time I found the best place of my town to buy handroll, there they have many options for choose your food. As well is the unique place that offers a vegen and vegetarian options.  The handroll isn't very complicated to do but requier some expertice on details, especifcly with the rice that is the principal component. As well with the union of the element to do the roll.   In the center of the roll you can choose many vegetables and proteins like meat or anything that offer the shop where you go. I usually preffer mushrooms, avocado and corn.  I don't know why a like so much, probably because is a fast food that was did to be addictive,  but i remember that i started to buy it when a felt sad and unwilling to cook on house. 

Today i will show you this photograph that represent my golden years playing violin, whe i could live and share nice experiences with guys that played in youth orchestras in others cities of the country, as well as learning with the teachers of the camp.  It's me playing violin on Valdivia town , when I participated in  the Mancera's music camp in the year 2013. The photo was taken for my cousin when she lived there, after the closing concert of the camp. You can also see the beautiful Calle-calle river, a charecteristic bridge of the city and the Hotel Dreams.  In addition, let me remember three years after that photo, when I met Valdivia for the first time representing my Biobío region in the discipline of  judo on the bicentenary games, a national competition for young guys. Thanks to this I was able to sit in the round window on the top floor and see the whole city from above.
